Membership

Miss Thani will personalize your package each month with any combination of lip, eye, cheek, and/or mineral products. This combination is based on what is trending in the makeup world, season, or new products she would like you to have.

No. Based off your responses within the membership questionnaire, you will receive coverage products every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th month. For example, if you answered “Everyday” to the question “How often do you wear foundation?”, you would receive foundation products in your shade every 2nd and your monthly cost will be calculated to be greater than members who replied “Casually” or “Rarely”.

By answering all the membership questionnaire questions, Miss Thani will customize your monthly package each month with products you like and not with products you don’t like. However, members personally customizing their own package each is a feature that is not available at the moment.

If you dislike a product, simply let Miss Thani know by submitting an email to info@orchidcosmetics.com. She will ensure that she does not send you the same product in the future. There is no need to return the product.

Not everybody is interested in contour products or brow products. However, for those members who do place emphasis on contouring and brows, Miss Thani has line of premium products to give to the member who request for an additional cost of $4.99/month.

Members are free to cancel there membership at anytime with no penalty; simply by submitting your request to info@orchidcosmetics.com. Membership cancellations are processed within 24-48 hours. However, previous months paid for by members are non-refundable, as products are shipped each month.

Yes, for all Canadian members, your membership rate is tax and shipping inclusive. International member may incur shipping costs.
